My favourite Idol '10

Every now and then, someone on one of the Idol cycles will really stand out. This season on American Idol, my standout is Michael Lynche. My ears pricked up when I heard him from the kitchen singing the Elvis song In the Ghetto.

This week they were mentored by Shania Twain and again I was moved by his rendition of It Only Hurts. My one criticisim though is that he didn't sound/look vulnerable enough and maybe that's due t the fact that its man singing the song and therefor lacks the vulnerablity that a woman would bring to the song.
